This hotel is conveniently located, with Kolwoon station and the tsimshatsui MTR close by. It's also close enough to major attractions to explore easily. The rooms are kept immaculately clean, and the staff is kind and well-informed. The Club Lounge offers a grand and beautiful setting, with exceptional service. The breakfast is good, and the bed is comfortable.

Some elements of the rooms could use repair.

The level of friendliness and generosity of the staff was excellent. They made us feel welcomed and catered to our needs throughout our stay. The elegant rooms were spacious and offered a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. We especially loved the high standard of the restaurant and breakfast offerings, providing us with delicious and satisfying meals.

There were a few aspects that we found disappointing.

As a young family, we loved the use of a neck pillow and the upgraded room. Erik the Concierge was fantastic and so helpful with local recommendations and keeping us informed about possible protests. The hotel's location near popular attractions and shopping centers was convenient. The staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The free shuttle service was a bonus.

I was blown away by the really good service at the Intercontinental. When the electricity went out , the staff made sure to assist my elderly mother and I, even carrying our bags down the stairs. The food at the hotel restaurant exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of delicious options. The location on Kowloon was perfect, and I would highly recommend this luxurious hotel to anyone. I had a flawless stay at the Intercontinental Grand Stanford.

We appreciated the excellent service and the convenience of nearby eateries. Despite the absence of a nearby MTR, taxis were readily available. a highly recommended hotel.

The location of the hotel was ideal, just on the outskirts of mid Tsim Sha Tsui. We loved being surrounded by cafes where we were able to get a good meal without breaking the bank. The nearby shopping areas provided ample opportunities for us to indulge in some retail therapy. Plus, the proximity to the Islamic Central mosque of Kowloon allowed us to explore the beautiful architecture and culture.

The priority check-in process was not as efficient as we had hoped.
